Growing Grounds Nursery, San Luis Obispo
Our original Social Enterprise, Growing Grounds was launched in 1984 to offer employment and vocational training for adults living with a mental illness. Today, it is one of the leading regional suppliers of drought tolerant plants.
Growing Grounds Farm, Santa Maria
Growing Grounds Farm in Santa Maria combines therapeutic horticulture and vocational training to provide individuals living with a mental illness employment and a supportive environment where personal growth can be realized.
Growing Grounds Downtown
A wonderful opportunity for our clients to experience customer service and retail operation in a supportive environment. Growing Grounds Downtown is the City of SLO’s best kept secret: your first stop for top-quality plants, gardening supplies and gifts.
Supported Employment
TMHA’s Supported Employment Program provides job-seeking and on-going job support services for adults living with a mental illness who are working in the greater community.
